I am Natale Esposito, Calabrese born in Cosenza and lived in Tuscany where everything now resides in the short breaks that work gives me. I have been Chef of Carnaby Street Restaurant for 5 years. My Professional History has grown through various restaurants in the area starting as a Pizzaiolo, I then oriented myself towards cooking, having always been curious in the professional field to acquire new skills and put them into practice in new contexts, which are based on traditional revisited concepts in a modern key.
