It is never easy to talk about yourself.
I am Natale Esposito, Calabrese born in Cosenza and lived in Tuscany where everything now resides in the short breaks that work gives me. I have been Chef of Carnaby Street Restaurant for 5 years. My Professional History has grown through various restaurants in the area starting as a Pizzaiolo, I then oriented myself towards cooking, having always been curious in the professional field to acquire new skills and put them into practice in new contexts, which are based on traditional revisited concepts in a modern key.

I am the owner of CarnabyStreet and brother of Chef Natale Esposito, the origin of my passion for catering comes from the bar, I obtained a bartending diploma from the Mixology Academy in Rome and subsequently the FISAR sommelier certificate.

The love for the territory and the passion for the art of winemaking are the main elements of our cellar.

We at CarnabyStreet work to create a union between art and cuisine, intertwining passions and different culinary cultures from all over the world, in order to give you a unique and exciting experience.
